FLESH:  White

COMMENTS: Developed in Wetaskiwin, Alberta in 1992. Scab resistant. Creamy texture. Great for small gardens. Good winter storage.

ALASKA BLOOM

SKIN: Yellow with pinkish eyes.

FLESH: Creamy White

COMMENTS:  Low starch. Sweet flavor. Good winter storage. Scab resistant. Suitable for container growing. 

GOURMET BANANA

COMMENTS:  Developed in Scotland. Creamy, starchy & floury texture. Good resistance to scab, powdery scab and dry rot. Thrives in cool conditions.

COMMENTS: Adapts well to different soils. Sensitive to drought. Stores well. Resistant to scab, potato wart.
